Return Policy:


Ensign gladly accepts returns for defective or damaged products and an appropriate delivery time. We offer 7 days return and refund policy. If you think you have these valid reasons, you can request for return and refund on our website.


Conditions for Return Policy:


  1. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. Returned products have to be in original packaging and resalable condition.
  3. Return shipping costs will have to be paid by the customer.
  4. Returned products must have original tags and invoices.

If the returned products don’t meet these conditions, your return and refund request will be canceled, and you will get the product delivered back within the next 7 days.

Refund Policy:


The refund process for the returned products is stated when the products are successfully returned to the warehouse, and the QC (quality check) is positive. If it is from failed delivery, the process will be started immediately.

In the case of a refund, we do not accept any cash refunds. The amount you paid, will remain available to purchase any products from us. You can choose the product cost of any amount that will be adjusted from the amount available on your account balance.

How to Return a Product:


  1. Sign in to your Ensign account by clicking on the “Log in” button.
  2. Click on the “My Account” button.
  3. Select “My Order” from the menu.
  4. Choose the product you want to return.
  5. Click on the “Initiate Return” button.

The process is done. If the authority finds everything okay and the request meets all the conditions, the same amount you paid, will be available on your account and ready to be spent on any product (worth the amount available on your account) of your choice.
